Our customer support team provides our clients’ customers with support and assistance with tracking orders from the time that we have received a dispatch request through to the delivery of the order.  Customer support is provided through our e-mail ticketing system and is branded with our customer’s brand.

In addition, our support team can assist in how to make a return and will notify our clients of returns and the condition of returns.

Our customer support services are available for the fulfilment aspect of an order.  Both product and billing support are usually handled directly by our clients.  Should a client require Autofulfil to handle extended customer support, please contact our sales team to discuss your specific requirements.
