Dispatch Scheduling

We can accept orders through a number of methods that best suit our customers needs. The methods include:

  • Direct entry via our secure portal
  • CSV or XML upload via secure portal
  • Direct API integration
  • Via e-mail with CSV or XML attachment
  • Manual e-mail notification


Our Warehouse Management System checks for new orders on an hourly basis.  The system dispatches orders to the picking process as appropriate.  Our IT solutions team can help guide customers to get them up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Back Ordering / Pre Ordering

We support the ability to enter both back orders and pre-orders for customers. In both of these cases, any items that are available or become available for dispatch will be dispatched immediately.  This service allows customers to process the order once and not have to re-schedule orders or track stock arrival.  Our systems automatically take care of this.

We understand that this option is very tempting to retailers who wish to secure a customer’s order.  Back Ordering and Pre-Ordering results in significant increases in customer care costs, increased charge backs, increased returns for no longer wanted items and reduced customer satisfaction ratings.  Retailers that make use of the “Notify me when Available” consistently achieve higher customers satisfaction ratings, stronger customer loyalty, significantly less customer care enquires, less cancelled orders and less returns.

Picking

Our picking team will ensure customer orders are accurately and carefully picked and dispatched by the next working day.

In addition to our standard service, customers can opt for expedited service where orders can be guaranteed to be dispatched same working day before a cut off time. Customer should contact our sales team to discuss their needs.

Order Verification and Packing

Accuracy in orders is paramount to achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.  We apply independent order verification procedures to our picking process to ensure we consistently deliver on accuracy on all orders leaving our warehouse.

Real Time Reporting

Our secure portal provides real-time visibility of the status and progress of all of your orders.  In addition, we provide options to include push-based updates to our customers you and/or our customer’s customers that include e-mail and/or SMS notifications.
